Website Use and Information Submission

We provide notice and obtain any legally required consent before recording or transcription begins. Accepting these terms alone does not constitute consent to record a call.

AI and Real Estate Information
AI agents may make mistakes. Confirm material property details, pricing, appointments, and transaction terms with a human representative. AI statements do not independently create or modify a binding agreement.

Property availability, pricing, estimates, and investment information may change and are not guaranteed. Content is informational and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Conduct your own due diligence. Property transactions and partnerships require separate written agreements.

SMS Messaging Program
